Link analysis tools

Analyse the links on a page — internal and external, with rel attributes and anchor text — to see how the page connects to the rest of your site and what its outbound links say.

Which tool to use

The Internal Link & Anchor Text Analyzer covers the links on a page: internal and external lists, nofollow/sponsored/ugc, placement in navigation or content, and anchor issues such as empty, generic, naked-URL or inconsistent anchors.

What it deliberately doesn't do is report links pointing to your site. Backlink counts, referring domains and authority scores only exist in commercial link indexes and search engines' own tools. We don't estimate them, so there's no backlink “checker” here that would have to guess. For your own backlinks, Google Search Console's Links report is a free, first-party source.

Related checks live in other groups: the Image Alt Text Checker for image links, and the HTTP Status Code Checker to confirm destinations work.

From internal links to link building

Before building external links to a page, make sure the site already treats it as important: linked from relevant content with descriptive anchors, not only from the footer. Run the analyzer on two or three related articles and check whether they link to your target — adding a few contextual internal links is free and often overdue.

When you're ready for external links, our guides on anchor text, natural backlink profiles and how many backlinks a site needs cover the planning. Our primary service is PBN backlinks; we also offer general backlink packages, guest posts and niche edits.

Frequently asked questions

Why isn't there a backlink checker?

Reliable backlink data only comes from large commercial indexes or search engines' own tools. Any free number we displayed without that data would be a guess, so we don't show one.

How can I see my backlinks for free?

Google Search Console's Links report lists top linking sites, pages and anchor text for sites you've verified.

Does the analyzer check if links are broken?

No — it lists them. Paste destinations into the HTTP Status Code Checker (up to 10 at a time) to test them.
