Refunds & Cancellation

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for orders placed with PBNLinksHub. Because each order is scoped individually, the specific remedy is always confirmed in writing (on WhatsApp) at the time of ordering; where that confirmation differs from this page, the order confirmation applies.

Before work begins

If you cancel before we've started work on an order — before placements are proposed or content is written — you can cancel and request a refund of the amount paid, less any payment processing fees that can't be recovered.

After work has started

Once work has begun (for example, sites have been sourced or an article has been drafted), cancellation is still possible for the parts that haven't been delivered. Completed or in-progress work is taken into account, and we'll confirm the amount that can be refunded before you decide.

After placement

Links that have been placed and delivered with a live URL are considered delivered. Refunds aren't normally offered for delivered placements because the work cannot be undone.

If a placement doesn't match what was agreed

If a delivered link doesn't match what you approved — wrong target URL, wrong anchor, or not placed as agreed — tell us. We'll correct it, replace it or refund that placement.

Removed or altered links

On our own network, if a PBN placement is removed within the period confirmed with your order, we'll replace it. Guest posts and niche edits are on sites we don't own; if the site owner removes or alters a placement, we'll contact them and, where we can't restore it, discuss a replacement or partial remedy with you.

What refunds don't cover

Refunds aren't based on ranking, traffic or indexing outcomes, which we don't guarantee (see our terms and disclaimer).

How to request a cancellation or refund

Message us on WhatsApp at +92 300 0196599 with your order details. We'll confirm what's possible and how any refund will be returned.
